Executive Power: The Government

The Constitution of 1992 determined the role, structure and full
powers of the Government among the organs of the executive branch.
It provides that the Government is the highest executive body of
State. In respect of its composition the Government comprises the
Prime Minister and members. The Prime Minister submits his proposals
on the structure and composition of the Government and the changes
in these to the SGH in composition with the President. The State
Great Hural considers the candidatures proposed by the Prime Minister
one by one and appoints cabinet members.
